Inner Resources for Stress On-Demand Program

This course is open to everyone and is free of charge.

This is a recorded webinar of the 8-week Inner Resources for Stress: Mindfulness for Self-Care program. This course presents a proven mindfulness and meditation program designed to improve wellness and stress resiliency. This course implements practices to enhance present moment attention and the ability to experience and let go of stress as it arises. Participants will learn a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques, so they can choose the ones that work best for various contexts. This course includes access to the 70-page Inner Resources for Stress Participant Manual and audio recordings of guided meditations for between-session practices.

Inner Resources for Stress: Mindfulness & Self-Care for Professionals

This is a recorded webinar of the 8-week Inner Resources for Stress: Mindfulness for Self-Care program. Therapists and other providers can learn and practice valuable mindfulness skills to gain therapeutic competencies and stress resiliency. The IR for Stress: Mindfulness for Self-Care program is prerequisite for the IR Facilitator training. It is offered for 10 hours of continuing education through CONCEPT Professional Training at Palo Alto University.

IR for Facilitators Training

The therapist training program, “Inner Resources for Facilitators,” is offered via in-person and online formats. We offer consultation about implementing IR and mindfulness programs within your practice or organization.
